KFANZIP™Terms of Service
1. The service
KFANZIP (the "Service") is a messenger and community for people interested in Korea, operated by TriJune.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. One person, one account. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure.
3. Community rules
Don’t post or send: illegal content, hate or discrimination, sexual content, harassment or threats, spam or ads, other people’s personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.), copyright-infringing material, or impersonation.
Any inappropriate contact with minors is prohibited and results in a permanent ban.
4. Reports and enforcement
You can report and block any post, message or user. We review reports within 24 hours and may hide or remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
You own what you post. You let us display and translate it inside the Service only as needed to run it; that permission ends when you delete it.
6. Automatic translation
Translations are machine-generated and may be inaccurate. Check the original for anything important.
7. Changes and interruptions
Features may change or stop. We’ll give notice of important changes in advance.
8. Liability
Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we aren’t liable for disputes between users or for damage caused by content users post.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account any time in the app’s Settings or at kfanzip.com/space/en/delete-account. It’s fully erased after 7 days.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
